What is a pelvic floor .jpg

What Is A Pelvic Floor?

Your Pelvic Floor is a group of muscles that attach to your pelvis, or the circle of bones that make up your hips.

They are located at the base of your pelvis, right where you sit!

These muscles support your bladder, rectum, and reproductive organs. They control peeing, pooing, menstruation, sex and childbirth.

If you pelvic floor is not working well, it will let you know through a number of embarrassing symptoms, and pregnancy is a common time for things to go awry.

That's why I am here to help prevent issues from happening and help you to manage problems that do arise.
